After apprehending drug dealer Cullen Crisp (Richard Tyson), Detective John Kimble (Arnold Schwarzenegger from Terminator and Junior, Twins) and his new partner Phoebe O’Hara (Pamela Reed from Bean) are sent on a mission to Astoria, Oregon. They must find Cullen’s ex-wife Rachel (Penelope Ann Miller from Carlito’s Way) and their child, so that she can testify against her former husband.
