Jules Verne A French novelist, poet, and playwrights… Jules Verne is famous for his novels, such as my favorite Journey to the Centre of the Earth (1863; 1867), From the Earth to the Moon (1865), and Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea (1870), that were pioneering works in the genre of science fiction.

One of my favorite movies is the Journey to the Center of the Earth playwright Jules Verne..
